Rumored leaked details are as follows:
-Max has now got a beard and bald head and apparently his painkiller addiction influences the gameplay.
-Somehow Max has reached an even lower point in his life and lives in Sao Paul, Brazil.
-Max Payne 3 is visually similar to Uncharted 2 and includes fully destructible environments thanks to the RAGE engine.
-There will be new weapons and enemies as Max battles through the urban ghetto of Latin American neighborhoods.
-Bullet Time is back but this time it’s supposedly “ultra-violent”.
-Day and night cycles are included while the now standard third-person action shooter cover system is in too.
-Online multiplayer is also set to be included.
